Emma's Customizable Wooden Playhouse for kids

The Emma's wooden playhouse for kids is available in multiple sizes. An adult entry door makes them even more practical for storage after the kids grow up. They are also ideal for areas which are not permitted to have sheds. 

Emma's Wooden Playhouse for kids includes the following:

• High quality siding and trim pre-fastened onto wall panels (insures panels are square)
• Panelized walls sections (not just precut) saves time in assembly
• Straight trim prefastened to panels
• All other parts are precut and ready to assemble
• Shutters and flower boxes
• Hardware needed to assemble (screws, latches, handles, nails)
• Outside corner trim (white aluminum)
• All trim and siding is pre-primed
• Link to excellent downloadable online manual with color pictures

Customer provides: Shingles, Dripedge, Paint

The Emma's Wooden Playhouse for kids comes preprimed, without shingles and dripedge. These are both items which can be purchased at a local home improvement store. Everything else is included in the kit.

EMMA'S ESTATE PLAYHOUSE KIT INFORMATION 

Specs for Emma's Playhouse sizes 6' x 8’; 8’ x 8’; 8’ x 10’; 8’ x 12’. These playhouses stand roughly 8’ high and include the following: 

• 2 x 3 wood wall framing
• 2 x 4 wood trusses 2’ on center on 8 x 8, 8 x 10, 8 x 12  
• 2 x 3 wood trusses 2’ on center on 6 x 8 
• 2 working 14” x 21” windows with safety glass, grids and screens
• Shutters and flowerboxes
• 6 x 8 and 8 x 8  come with 2 emma's estate dormers (non functioning)
• 8 x 10 and 8 x 12 come with 3 emma's estate dormers (non functioning)(These emma's estate dormers are not open to the outside)
• Child’s dutch door (40” High x 20” Wide)
• Adult dutch door on side (61” High x 34” Wide)

Specs for Emma's Playhouse size 10' x 12’ includes the following: 

• 2 x 4 wood wall framing and trusses 
• 2 working windows with safety glass, grids and screens
• Two emma's estate dormers  (open through roof on this size only) Small or large dormer option
• Child’s dutch door (40” High x 20” Wide)
• Adult doors on side (72” High x 54” Wide)

Specs for Emma's Playhouse size 4' x 6’ includes the following:

• 2 x 3 wood wall and truss framing
• 2 working  12” x 18” windows with safety glass and screens
• 2 emma's estate dormers (non functioning) (these are not open through roof)
• 2 Grid windows in dormers (non functioning)
• Child’s dutch door (35” High x 16” Wide)
• Adult dutch door on side (47” High x 24” Wide)

Delivery of Playhouse Kits:

BYO Recreation playhouse kits are shipped nationwide via common carrier. When your shipment is expected to be delivered via common carrier, you will be required to have 2 people there to help unload. Your shipment will arrive on a pallet (number of pallets will vary with size of building). The truck driver will help remove the bands and wrapping on the pallet, the 2 people will then be required to unload each panel piece by piece from the truck. However, if you so choose, when you purchase your playhouse you can pay an additional fee to have your playhouse delivered with a lift-gate. When purchasing lift-gate, the truck will pull up to the end of your driveway, and using the lift-gate will simply lift the pallet off the back of the truck and into the end of your driveway. When lift-gate is purchased you will only be required to have 1 person available to sign for the shipment. Please call or email us to discuss & pay for the lift gate option.
