The Schoolhouse Playhouse is an aspiring young teacher's dream!

Kaitlyn's Schoolhouse Playhouse is roughly 10’ high to the tip of bell cupola and includes:

• 2 x 3 wood wall framing
• 2 x 4 wood trusses 2’ on center
• High quality siding and trim prefastened onto wall panels (insures panels are square)
• Panelized walls sections (not just precut) saves time in assembly 
• Straight trim prefastened to panels
• All other parts are precut and ready to assemble
• 6 windows on 8 x 8, 8 windows on 8 x 10 & 8 x 12 (with round tops)
• Child’s dutch door (20” wide x 40” high)
• Porch roof over child door
• Adult dutch door on the back side (34” wide x 61” high)
• Hardware needed to assemble (screws, latches, handles, nails)
• Outside corner trim (white aluminum)
• Primed siding and trim

CUSTOMER PROVIDES: Shingles, Paint, Optional:  three 4’ x 4’ posts under floor, Dripedge, Floor (if purchased without floor kit)

Delivery of Playhouse Kits:

BYO Recreation playhouse kits are shipped nationwide via common carrier. When your shipment is expected to be delivered via common carrier, you will be required to have 2 people there to help unload. Your shipment will arrive on a pallet (number of pallets will vary with size of building). The truck driver will help remove the bands and wrapping on the pallet, the 2 people will then be required to unload each panel piece by piece from the truck. However, if you so choose, when you purchase your playhouse you can pay an additional fee to have your playhouse delivered with a lift-gate. When purchasing lift-gate, the truck will pull up to the end of your driveway, and using the lift-gate will simply lift the pallet off the back of the truck and into the end of your driveway. When lift-gate is purchased you will only be required to have 1 person available to sign for the shipment. Please call or email us to discuss & pay for the lift gate option.

When you order a pre-built playhouse, it will arrive ready to play in, by our truck and trailer. Sufficient access to the delivery area is need, if this is not possible you will need to order in kit form.  Delivery price is included if you are located within 30 miles of our facility. Pre-built playhouses will be $2.25 per loaded mile thereafter, $3.00 per loaded mile on buildings over 10ft as well as the cost of permits out of the state of Ohio.
