The Hannah's Chapel Playhouse is roughly 12’ 10’’ high to the tip of the steeple (steeple is removable for transport). The standard Hannah's Chapel Playhouse includes:

• 2x4 wood trusses 2’ on center
• High quality siding and trim
• Straight trim
• 2 paint colors of your choice
• Child’s Dutch door (20’’ wide x 40’’ high)
• 6 windows (8’x8’), 8 windows (8’x10’ and 8’x12’ with our patent pending window design)
• Adult door (61’’ high x 34’’ wide)
• Steeple
• Porch over hang (over child door)
• Outside corner trim (aluminum)
• 4x4 pressure treated skids
• 2x4 floor joists, 16’’ O.C.
• 25 year trim and shingles
• 4x16 vents

When you order a pre-built playhouse, it will arrive ready to play in, by our truck and trailer. Sufficient access to the delivery area is need, if this is not possible you will need to order in kit form.  Delivery price is included if you are located within 30 miles of our facility. Pre-built playhouses will be $2.25 per loaded mile thereafter, $3.00 per loaded mile on buildings over 10ft as well as the cost of permits out of the state of Ohio.
